Description: As a member of Northern Trusts EMEA Legal Department, this attorney will be responsible for providing high quality legal advice and counsel to our senior management and business partners in a manner consistent with our enduring principles of service, expertiseand integrity. The ideal candidate will be a qualified solicitor with broad experience in procurement matters for a global financial organisation, including commercial contract negotiations, software and technology sourcing, and enterprise market data licensingand distribution. The candidate will have primary responsibility for advising procurement business partners on a wide range of legal issues, including outsourcing, technology licensing, enterprise market data, applicable bank policies and regulatory matters,contract negotiations and other procurement-related matters including third party management and vendor management.
