Job Description

Senior land manager / Land DirectorDo you want to work for a market leading SME investor and Developer based in LondonThis well-funded outfit is hiring due to ambitious growth plans. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing and acquiring new opportunities across residential, mixed-use, and alternative asset classes in London and Greater London.This developer can demonstrate an impressive track record and pipeline.This opportunity would suit someone who wants to progress and develop within a dynamic team, but also thrives on the opportunity to work autonomously.The role

  • Reporting to the managing director
  • Site searching and identifying a variety of opportunities
  • Land appraisals, viability and feasibility studies
  • Negotiating contracts and dealing with due diligence and Heads of Terms
  • Building relationships with landowners, agents, and other stakeholders to seek on and off-market opportunities
  • Collaborating with colleagues and external consultants to get sites through planning.
Requirements
  • Existing network and track record
  • Ability to communicate confidently and effectively with colleagues and senior management
  • Entrepreneurial, results focused, and excellent communication skills
