You will be a senior member of the team, with responsibility for identifying and securing new development opportunities for the business. This will include bringing forward residential-led development sites on Network-owned land, as well as the acquisition of land, S106 and package deals from on and off-market sources, and through establishing and developing trusted partnerships with private and public sector bodies.We have an ambitious growth strategy where you will play a key role. You will lead negotiations for the acquisition of new opportunities whilst making recommendations for investment to our Executive Team and boards in respect of multi-million-pound projects. You will have experience securing land in a previous role, preferably in the affordable housing sector. You will have planning and staff management experience and have a proven track record of using financial models to appraise sites. You will have a broad understanding of how the development market works with a decent network in the industry from housebuilders to agents.You will have negotiation skills to secure land and be well versed on government policies, you might be a voracious reader keen to keep up to date with the latest news and updates in the sector.If this sounds like you, please apply now.Rewards and BenefitsWe’re committed to making Network a really great place to work.
