Job Description

Senior Java EngineerSalary - up to £120k + Bonus + BenefitsWe are in search of a Senior Java Engineer to join a global FinTech specialising in Data Analytics and Information Governance within the banking sector. They deliver their services to over 80 countries and work with 23 of the top 25 global banks.As the Senior Java Engineer, you will develop and implement new features and components for their highly scalable and available solutions, built with Core Java within Multithreaded applications.We are offering the Senior Java Engineer:

  • Development across complete system solutions, not just single components
  • Microservices design, architecture and implementation
This is an opportunity for a talented Senior Java Engineer to extend their Core Java knowledge and be in an environment to build on new technology exposure. Whether it be across NoSQL databases (Cassandra, MongoDB), Elasticsearch, WebRTC or the latest containerisationand virtualisation with Docker, Kubernetes and OpenShift.The Senior Java Engineer will be joining a company that are very well aligned and structured to meet their growing workflows and product features demand. This is due to a restructure in early 2020, plus a huge focus on code quality implementing agile processes,TDD, CI/CD and pair programming.The company are looking to continue their London growth and hire 10-15 Java Engineers every month for 2022. This is a great opportunity to grow with the company. Alongside a competitive salary, they also provide a bonus scheme and extensive benefits including25 days holiday (excluding bank holidays).
