Job Description

Absolute IT Recruitment is representing a recognised and growing hospitality chain who are hiring a Senior iOS Developer. You will be joining a newly-formed digital team and an integral part of the businesses upcoming greenfield projects, from conception through to product launch. Reporting to the Head of Engineering, you will be the sole-developer for mobile applications and your position will involve working alongside an agile team of design (UX/UI), digital and development professionals.The successful Senior iOS Developer will have the following attributes:

  • 4+ years’ experience building mobile applications commercially.
  • Experience working native cross-platform frameworks (ideally, React Native or Ionic).
  • Strong knowledge of integrating with API’s (i.e. payment systems).
  • Knowledge of continuous integration within app development.
  • Knowledge of usability and accessibility testing is desirable.
  • Experience building hospitality/restaurant/retail applications is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of Android development is highly desirable, though not essential.
    • The business is currently operating remotely, the Senior iOS Developer will however be required to work from their North-London office 1-2 days a week when lockdown restrictions ease.
