Job Description

FutureBricks is a disruptive fintech lending platform offering UK property development finance investments.FutureBricksTechnology is coming to the property industry, and FutureBricks is bringing with it some of the best tech features in the investment realm for an investor: your portfolio at a glance with a dashboard, financials on any project at your fingertips and swiftlycompleted transactions thanks to e-walletsWe are a lending platform providing alternative finance to Britains smaller housebuilders who currently have limited access to finance, especially after the 2008 banking crisis. At the same time, our tech platform available as a mobile app on iOS & Androidand as an online portal provides a seamless investment experience. Investors can invest in UK property development finance with their funds secured against UK real estate assets by way of first charge, with as little as £5,000, and earn up to 8 - 10% grossinterest per annum. When investing, capital is at riskROLE DESCRIPTIONIf your sales background in raising assets quickly has built you an extensive network with UHNWIs/HNWIs, family offices and bankers in the UK and abroad, then whether youre looking for a new challenge with a tech-driven edge or youre looking to work closelywith a small team that is entrepreneurial, we want to hear your story

  • Sales: scaling the funding pipeline - Develop and execute a new strategic plan designed to scale the retail funding business by 250%+ in the next year and 30%+ in each of the following next five years to support an increased borrowing demand. This is targetedat UHNWIs/HNWIs and family offices. The company has generated over £5 million of property development finance deals in our pipeline within the last month, funded by retail investors. - Support the creation and management of Company materials to generate andclose sales, including presentations, spreadsheets and fact sheets. - Organise and attend meetings in person and/or online with relevant parties of interest, and if needed, by liaising with internal team members (where required) and external parties in a timelymanner. - Track the progress with a quantitative-driven roadmap and quarterly milestones. - Manage relationships with investors and potential investors by expertly organising regular meetings/calls and keeping track of each individuals profile.
  • Leadership: supporting the Investor Relations team in its growth - Provide training to Investor Relations members for retail call success rates. - Support the retail Investor Relations team in their client growth opportunities.
  • Partnerships: growing new funds channels - Create new partnerships with institutional funding lines and credit investors. - Lead the development of new international market appetite through building new relationships (including in the US). - Create andmanage Company materials to successfully close new partnerships, including stop presses and presentations
  • Networking: expanding the FutureBricks circle - Attend and pitch at events where there would be a potential audience of interest, mingling with investors, bankers and real estate industry experts. - Create a database of events to attend and network activelyto grow FutureBricks reach.

  • Must possess extraordinary organisational skills, from following your busy calendar to keeping great notes and being self-sufficient with an eye for detail, whether its about a character typed on a piece of (virtual) paper or about the preferences of aperson.
  • Keen knowledge of financial-led numbers, investment profiles and investment goals to understand multiple investors particular needs and perspectives. This is coupled with the ability to present succinctly and learn a product down to the tee.
  • Ambition and tenacity is what leads to prompt execution of a plan and this is in high demand at FutureBricks.
  • Excellent time management skillswe like it when youre autonomous; we dont subscribe to micromanagement, so being resourceful and having common sense are important.
  • Computer savvy. Were on cloud and our computer skills are unmatched.
  • Bachelor of Business from a Top Tier university. MBA or Masters in Finance a plus.
  • Min 5 years of experience in sales raising assets at/above the target performance of past remits.
  • A constant curiosity for learning about property investment would be the perfect touch
