Job Description

An opportunity has arisen for an ambitious and driven individual to enter aSenior Investor Relations Administratorposition. This role is ideal for a candidate wishing to take the second step in their career and join a leadingprivateequity firm.Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with large- and small-scaleconferencemanagement. [Outreach, scheduling and liaison].
  • Complete ownership of investor relations mailings, includingoutreach campaigns.
  • Working closely with the Investor Relations Manager and wider London team to assist withinvestor outreach.
  • Follow ups andadministrativeduties.
  • Liaison with internal PAs, preparation of board packs and materials, and assistance with occasional AIM and LPAC workstreams.
Candidate Profile:
  • Fluency inGermanorFrench essential.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • 1-2 yrs experience in investment management / financial services / placement agency / executive search.
  • Private equity knowledge desirable.
  • Strong academic record.
