REFERENCE:10434 /17D Our client is a prestigious sovereign wealth fund seeking a senior individual to join its growing life sciences team in London. The team invests globally in the consumer sector. The individual will help originate and take the leadon direct private equity investment opportunities, as well as targeted portfolio management. RESPONSIBILITIES: Apply your private equity investment / M&A experience to lead transactions in the consumer sector, both for investment and divestment purposes Supervisea team of two senior associates Identify, evaluate and screen investment opportunities Provide and present sector-specific ideas, insight and actionable intelligence for the investment committee Manage existing and future assets, including sitting on boardsto represent the organization as appropriate YOUR PROFILE: This opportunity would be suitable for an individual with leadership and investing experience from a PE fund, combined with M&A experience from a bank Sector generalists are considered.
