Meraki Talent are seeking an experienced Senior Investment Administrator for an oversight role of the Corporate Actions functions. Applicants should have come from an investment operations arena, where they have gained experience within checking and oversightfunction. Key duties; Processing stock notifications Liaising with the front office regarding relevant event information Gathering and processing of client elections within strict market deadlines Ensuring CGT is processed accurately for outturns of cash andstock Investigating stock and cash breaks, and escalating when necessary Verifying and checking stock notifications Performing checking and final signs offs for files As part of this role, applicants will also to be required to liaise effectively with thefront office, therefore essential to possesses excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and sustain relationships. Working as part of this established team, you will be required to provide guidance and support to team members, ensuring a collaborativeworking approach at all times. Additionally, applicants will be required to be part of change initiatives and be able to demonstrate a thorough understanding of the firmsregulatory framework.
