Job Description

I have an exciting opportunity with a Luxury Retailer their brands require my client to be the Master of luxury, experts of exceptional, and creators of magic. This position is working within their supply chain division as Enterprise Integrity InventoryControl Manager. You will be responsible for the scheduling and implementation of the stock count program across the retail group. This position is heavily based on financials

  • Best practice stock movement procedures are in place to drive high stock accuracy.
  • Leading a team of high-performing Lead Analysts and Analysts.
The team objectives
  • Reducing loss and missed opportunity by ensuring the physical and system stock are aligned
  • Stock controls, processes, and movements.
  • Embedding best practice principles through the implementation, control, and monitoring of procedural documentation
  • Content is accessible, understood, and adhered to across the entire organisation.
Creating an integrity control culture with a strong emphasis on always looking for improvement opportunities and active initiation of actions through learning and skills development. The role will monitor integrity results and analyse challenges throughdata and information providedAccountability:
  • Annual risk-based and site stock count plan
  • Analyse stock count results and shrinkage
  • Set integrity key performance indicators
  • Set performance service
  • Set the RACI and standard operating procedures
  • Work alongside and collaborate with retail, stock operations, supply chain, distribution, security, and commercial teams
  • Work with Internal and External Audit to ensure procedure and system compliance

Skills, Knowledge & Experience Required:
  • Strong financial understanding
    • Financial statements
    • Shrinkage
    • Stock provision
    • Stock movements
  • Detailed knowledge and understanding of inventory and integrity management
  • Objective view of inventory process best practice
  • Strategic thinking
  • Strong-minded and results-driven, with a can-do attitude, and a passion to exceed
  • Confidence to challenge senior leadership to drive performance and question current operating processes
  • Ability to define and implement solutions/processes
  • Passion for inventory and process integrity
  • Excellent analytical skills, numerate with big picture view and the skill to get into the detail
  • Strong communication and engagement skills, able to hold audience with stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to present information in a clear and compelling way to financial and non-financial audiences

  • Excellent time management with the ability to operate under pressure to meet tight deadlines while managing multiple deliverable with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
  • Monitoring all inventory integrity key performance indicators
    • Loss rates
    • Integrity results
    • Out of stock
    • Early warning measures
  • Delivering daily service standards.
  • Query resolution within 24 hours
  • Stock corrections processed within 24 hours
  • Productivity of the Enterprise Integrity Team - monitor and ensure productivity levels are maintained and challenged
  • Sickness/absence metrics fall within agreed parameters
This position is based in West London (HQ) with some travel to other sites across the UK, and some working from home. Offering £65,000 with several benefits.
