Our client is a leading global asset manager. The role will own, develop and deliver the digital communications programme across their internal (employee) digital channels, covering social and their global intranet which covers 25 countries. Key responsibilitiesinclude: using evidence-based decision-making to implement an ambitious strategy for the firms internal digital channels (intranet and social) improving the employee digital experience across social and their intranet reviewing and refining the content, layout,accessibility and user experience across the internal digital channels (intranet) ensuring the firm is using modern techniques and tools to engage internal colleagues monitoring and managing communications channels including email management system Poppulo,SharePoint Online, a news feed, Yammer, and Digital Signage using audience insights to inform content planning gathering insight on communication usage, needs, and preferences track measurement and evaluation metrics across our channels acting as an advocatefor digital brand guidelines and ensure they are upheld across all digital communications training and onboarding new content editors leading the development of online training and support materials The successful candidate will be a self-starter, possessexperience in digital communications strategy and delivery - most likely as a website or intranet manager. Our client is very open on sector background but it would be highly advantageous if someone has experience working in a large, global organisation. Thesuccessful candidate will also need good knowledge of SharePoint Online sites building and configuration, a good understanding of the components of standard web technology (HTML, CSS, Javascript), and knowledge of CMS platforms as a front end user (SharePointCMS).
