Job Description

High end residential interior design studio also specialised in luxury property development in central London is looking for an experienced senior interior designer with following skills:

  • Experience in high end residential design with an extensive portfolio particularly demonstrating design philosophy.
  • A minimum of 5 years experience in running high end residential projects from concept to installation (at least 3 project).
  • Previous experience of working with HNW clients or property developers including architects, contractors and subcontractors.
  • AutoCAD proficient, EstiMac/ EstiPC proficiency required. Excellent hand sketches.
  • SketchUp proficiency is also advantageous.
  • Ability to design detailed drawings including elevations and sections.
  • Fantastic communication skills and ability to work directly with clients.
  • Ability to deliver project within specific timeline and budget.
  • Ability to deliver presentations in a neat and tidy manner.
  • Knowledge and enthusiasm for current interior design trends, lighting material, finishes and furnitures
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Experience in FF&E selection, design, and development, including knowledge of high-end FF&E vendors and suppliers.
  • Previous experience in managing a small team.
