Senior Insurance and Compliance Associate - London - Hybrid - up to £55,000Embrace an exciting opportunity with a highly decorated organisation as a Senior Insurance and Compliance Associate, offering a pathway for professional growth in the financial services arena. Make a substantial impact by providing essential support to FCA-regulatedfirms.Key Responsibilities:- Generate comprehensive audit reports with minimal support.- Progress from guided to independent client visits.- Analyse and evaluate client documentation adeptly, aligning with relevant legal and regulatory frameworks.- Contribute to FCA authorization applications for diverse firms, spanning insurance, consumer credit, and mortgage entities.- Stay abreast of FCA and industry advancements, delivering timely updates to the firm.- Directly engage with clients to address technical queries and guide them through the application process.Technical Mastery:- Demonstrate a nuanced understanding of the immediate and far-reaching implications when implementing regulations in practical scenarios.- Showcase effective time management, prioritization skills, and the ability to delegate tasks adeptly.- Execute all responsibilities meticulously, emphasizing quality and attention to detail.- Possess operational knowledge of the insurance sector, with additional expertise in consumer credit and mortgage sectors deemed advantageous.Experience/Qualifications:- Recent and pertinent experience in an insurance firm, potentially including exposure to consumer credit or mortgage firms, or a consultancy background in insurance, consumer credit, and/or mortgage entities.- Proficient in numerical skills, articulate communication, and analytical prowess, coupled with proficiency in all Microsoft packages.- Thorough understanding of compliance principles.Note: The scope of this role extends beyond the outlined duties, necessitating adaptability and a willingness to embrace change in response to the dynamic nature of the market.Apply now for an immediate interview.
