Job Description

The senior insolvency administrators work as part of a team who work across different industries and sectors. They get close and personal exposure with the cases they run, getting results, taking responsibility and nurture a culture of hard work. Their SeniorAdministrators are extremely competent at delivering all aspects of a case, from pre-appointment, case progression, asset realisations, investigations, statutory reporting and more.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Run a case portfolio that includes liquidations, administrations, and bankruptcies
  • Conduct most statutory reporting, especially drafting, with support from Managers
  • Understand and appreciate key commercial aspects of the clients business
  • Keep clients informed of developments on their case, and conduct client interviews to progress cases
  • Undertake investigations into assets
  • Provide supervision of/delegate work to more junior staff and assist juniors with queries
DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
  • 3+ years of insolvency experience in a similar role essential
  • CPI or equivalent qualification is desirable
  • Proven ability to work autonomously and as a part of a team
  • Ability to manage a varied case load in an insolvency/restructuring firm
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage high intensity and work to tight deadlines
