Job Description

Ambition are currently working with a global consultancy firm that are hiring for experienced Senior Insolvency Administrators or Assistant Insolvency Managers for either their formal insolvency team or advisory team in London.The firm has an excellent track record for progressing staff within their teams and will never hold you back. If you want to work on high-profile appointments and want to do this within a firm that is world-renowned for their quality of their work and staff, then this is the opportunity for you.Formal Insolvency TeamResponsibilities:

  • Use IPS case management system for all cases, react to diary prompts as appropriate and deal with daily banking issues
  • Visit clients premises/offices and liaise with clients employees, agents and solicitors as necessary
  • Build and maintain relationships with other professionals
  • Draft non-standard correspondence and statutory/bank reports
  • Deal with all aspects of case administration in formal insolvency matters including CVA, CVL, MVL, Administration, LPA and Administrative Receivership
  • Drafting of information memoranda, liaising with interested parties in respect of sale of business and/or assets
Advisory TeamResponsibilities:
  • Independent Business Reviews ("IBRs")
  • Short-term cash flow modelling
  • Long-term integrated forecast appraisals
  • Pre-lending reviews
  • Options reviews
  • HMRC Time To Pay Arrangements
  • Accelerated M&A
  • Stakeholder management
  • Undertake detailed financial analysis of statutory accounts, management information, short term cash flow forecasts and longer-term integrated forecast models, including the identification of key trends and performance drivers.
  • Draft sections of reports for review by Managers, Directors, and Managing Directors where appropriate, delegating tasks as required to other members of the team and ensuring their timely completion.
  • Assume responsibility for client relations and liaise with clients, clients employees, agents and solicitors as necessary.
  • With the assistance of clients and historic financial information, create forecasts in Microsoft Excel.
  • Assist in the preparation of tenders for new work and lender panels liaising with other offices and service lines as appropriate.
  • Draft short form Information Memorandums, maintain interested partys schedules and liaise with potential purchasers in accelerated M&A transactions.
