Job Description

Senior Insight AnalystWe are seeking a Senior Insight Analyst with extensive experience of using SQL, CRM systems and FastStats. Youll have an analytical mind, an eye for detail and the ability to accurately manipulate data sets.

  • Job Type: Permanent opportunity
  • Location: London - remote working available
  • Salary: £37,000 - £41,000 (depending on experience)
  • Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours per week
As the Senior Insight Analyst, you will be responsible for:
  • To lead on the day-to-day insight requests from stakeholders from the Fundraising department.
  • To respond to ad hoc queries and lead on suitable analysis and reporting for stakeholders.
  • Create, maintain, and improve a suite of reports developed by the Insight team.
  • You will be able to display analysis in a suitable format and be able to suggest improvements from the insight you have created.
  • To help assist with Supporter Journeys with key insight.
  • Assist the Supporter Insight Manager in decision making and overall improve the experience for supporters.

The successful candidate will have the following related skills / experience:
  • Good analytical mind, able to identify key issues when reviewing data.
  • Strong data manipulation skills; MS Excel (essential), SQL (desirable), FastStats (desirable).
  • Experience in creating, maintaining, and improving reports using MS Excel, Power BI or equivalent.
  • Experience of working on a CRM (Raisers Edge or RE NXT desirable)
  • Highly numerate with good communication skills, able to communicate technical and data issues in a simple way, including providing training & support.
