As an Infrastructure Engineer , you will have the opportunity to work in a collaborative and forward-thinking environment,where your contributions will make a real impact.Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify infrastructure requirements and propose solutions that align with business objectives.
  • Develop and implement best practices and standards for infrastructure operations and ensure compliance with security protocols.
  • Troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement appropriate corrective actions.
  • Continuously assess and optimize the performance, scalability, and reliability of our infrastructure systems.
  • Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends, and recommend innovative solutions to improve infrastructure efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Strong expertise in infrastructure design, implementation, and maintenance, including network architecture, server administration, storage solutions, and cloud platforms (, Azure).
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 (M365) administration, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of VMware virtualization technologies, such as vSphere and vCenter.
  • Familiarity with backup and disaster recovery solutions, including experience with backup software and configuring backup policies.
  • Solid understanding of security protocols and experience implementing and maintaining security measures within an infrastructure environment.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team towards achieving goals.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with the capacity to handle complex infrastructure challenges.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
