TheSenior Infrastructure Analyst will work closely with the Infrastructure Operations, Security Operations, and Desktop Support teams to deliver the Microsoft Modern Desktop.The Senior Infrastructure Analyst will ensure the technical implementation of application and operating system deployment that is strongly aligned with the core business strategies. You will provide insights and strategic direction towards the adoption of the latest endpoint management approaches leveraging the Microsoft 365 and Azure platforms.Key Responsibilities

  • Creation of system builds, application packages, and device policies.
  • Manage patching policies for all Servers
  • Escalation point for application deployments.
  • Work with support teams to ensure the current builds are stable and up to date.
  • Collaborate with globally disperse teams to develop automated solutions.
  • Perform analysis of current environment to identify deficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensures solutions fit strategically in the overall infrastructure architecture and meet existing technology standards.
  • Work with stakeholders to establish governance, ensuring infrastructure architecture standards are implemented successfully
  • Recommend solutions and collaborate with the operations teams to develop processes to implement changes.
  • Research and design new infrastructure technologies, architectures and processes.
  • Ensures solutions are secure and aligned to appropriate internal InfoSec standards and market good practices.
  • Be deeply integrated in the design of infrastructure application environments, assisting in alignment across all business units.
  • Effectively collaborate with stakeholders to gain collective buy-in on architecture strategies

  • Experience with Microsoft Autopilot.
  • Extensive experience supporting Windows 10 and creating application deployment packages.
  • Experience with Microsoft SCCM current branch.
  • Experience with Intune and hybrid AD join endpoint administration.
  • Experience with Azure Update Management.
  • Ability to understand business requirements and translate these into solutions - working as part of the wider operations group.
  • Experience working a part of a global team and achieving results through a combination of face-to-face working and remote working using a mix of telephony, video and collaboration tools.
  • Pursue continuous improvements based on lessons learned and industry best practices. All processes include consideration for data integrity and data quality.
  • Demonstrate solid business and organizational skills, and leadership in the use of cloud technologies.
  • Possess a strong business and technical acumen to contribute to the strategic business plan and operational direction.
  • Passionate about technology, and has interest in emerging tools, trends and techniques across the industry.
  • Proven track record for thinking beyond current-state technology issues and integrating technologies for complete solutions across the enterprise infrastructure.
