What youll do: As a Senior BISO analyst, you will report directly into a BISO, aligned to a specific business unit. We are currently recruiting a Senior BISO analyst for the Network, Infrastructure & Communications business units; i.e. Telco environment, Cloud, Infrastructure, B2B & Mobile (C&I).

  • Assist the BISO in deep dive analysis of specific cyber security controls as needed (e.g. architecture & design, vulnerability management, programme delivery, education & awareness, risk assessment, policy compliance, etc.).
  • Attend business meetings on behalf of the BISO to enhance cyber security presence in the business area, and early awareness of upcoming projects, initiatives, changes in the business unit.
  • Help define and take ownership of the tracking of day–to–day cyber security roadmap elements within the business unit.
  • Assist in defining and driving compliance to internal / external regulatory and audit obligations across the business unit.
  • Drive the communication of metrics and reporting to business stakeholders.
  • Provide general support to the business unit to understand cyber security in general, and help solve complex problems with oversight from your BISO.
  • More generally represent the BISO in various initiatives, projects, events, and be a "go–to" person for Cyber Security advice and guidance.
  • Learn and help advise about relevant regulatory requirements (e.g. TSA, PCI).
What youll bring:
  • Strong experience in cyber security.
  • Must display subject matter expertise in one or more of the following cyber security domains: GRC, Architecture, SOC experience (Vulnerability management, Threat intelligence, Cyber Incident response). Dev Sec Ops, Cloud security an advantage.
  • A technical background, or degree (or equivalent), is necessary in order to have conversations with relevant technical teams.
  • Good understanding or certification of a cyber or information security framework (e.g. ISO27001, NIST, SANS, CIS 20, CAF ).
  • Must have a flexible approach to the types of work assigned.
  • Proactive, self–motivated and team player.
  • Excellent communication skills required.
  • Organised, and attentive to details.
  • Experience of working within a Telco or highly regulated environment would be advantageous
