Job Description

Senior ICT Infrastructure EngineerTasks

  • Provide business users with remote and on-site infrastructure and application support
  • Actively participate in projects aimed at improving ICT services and implementing cutting-edge solutions
  • Create new or improve existing solutions and processes to improve workplace experience
  • Work as a team to ensure that all tickets are owned and progressed through their lifecycle to a prompt resolution and agreed customer closure, ensuring timely escalation to another team as/when necessary
  • Manage and meet SLAs and OLAs

Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a closely related field
  • Expertise in ICT Infrastructure, Networks, and Security
  • Hands-on experience with a variety of systems and technologies, including TCP/IP networking and ISO layers, web applications and protocols (DNS, TLS, HTTP), Active Directory; DHCP; MS Exchange; MS Office365; Windows / MacOS; Windows Servers, Virtual machines;Wi-Fi access points and controllers; VPNs; anti-virus systems; printers
  • Excellent teamwork and problem solving skills
