For more information, please visit: www.tikehaucapital.com MissionThe HR team are looking to recruit a HR Business Partner - Global Mobility Specialist ("HRBP") to support our North America, UK and non-European employees on the day-to-day HRBP tasks, as well as specialising in and managing all aspects of global mobility forthe group. As a fast paced and rapidly expanding international organisation, we aim to continuously support and foster talent from within and we are therefore looking to increase our internal mobility possibilities for employees across the group. With this focus on internalmobility, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing effective cross border movement, whilst also ensuring that both employees and the organisation are compliant in all aspects such as tax, payroll, social security, immigration, and employmentlegislation in specific geographies. For this position, the successful candidate will have experience of working for an international organisation, as well as solid and proven experience of working and interacting with a wide range of stakeholders. We are looking for a team player, with the ability to take initiative. The successful candidate must be organised and work in a concise and structured manner. You must have strong communication skills and be able to demonstrate the ability to contribute anddeliver exceptional service and expertise in complex situations. The candidate must be focused and motivated to contribute a wide range of matters, whilst adopting a process-driven and problem-oriented mindset. Key Responsibilities: Responsibilities as Group Mobility Specialist: We are currently reviewing the Firms approach to mobility and are looking for a Mobility expert to implement our new approach. The successful candidate will be in charge of:

  • Delivering operational excellence and providing expertise and advice on specific global mobility subject matter;
  • Creating and building a strong mobility framework, which will provide clear and consistent advice on mobility across the organisation - this will be the primary objective;
  • Developing mobility policies and processes that are best practice amongst global firms and providing specialist guidance to local offices and Human Capital staff, in order to enable them to organise transfers effectively and to handle a range of queriesfrom Management.
  • Providing advice and counsel on global mobility related matters, such as expatriate policy, tax policy, employee cross-border movement including foreign national and expatriate issues, foreign tax compliance and the tax equalization process;
  • Acting as an ambassador for Internal Mobility and Career Development;
  • Liaising and support the recruitment team from an immigration perspective during the sourcing, interviewing and hiring stages and ensuring the smooth onboarding for new employees through the visa application and relocation process.
HRBP Responsibilities for UK, North America and other non-European businesses:Delivering people related processes including labour law topics, global mobility, employee engagement and training; Working collaboratively with the Human Capital team to identify improvements to systems and processes that will enhance the delivery of the Human Capital service provided to the business;
  • Actively participating, contributing and leading HR-projects;
  • Coordinating our global Human Capital processes and policies together with local teams;
  • Reviewing and benchmarking the internal and external environment to improve HR policies and initiatives;
  • Acting as a liaison between the local business lines and the HR management;
  • Managing conflicts in a smooth and efficient manner;
  • Providing employees with the appropriate support on daily and ad hoc requests;
  • Providing day-to-day performance management guidance (coaching, counselling, career development...)
  • Supporting the relevant business areas, managers and teams, to define the respective people roadmap reconciling business priorities, HR strategy and practices;
  • Contributing to the business strategy by helping business heads to identify, prioritise, build organisational capabilities, behaviours, structures, and processes;
  • Reviewing key business performance targets and their related talent implications with managers;
  • Facilitating long-term initiatives aligned with the group strategy;
  • Assisting business unit managers in providing employees with development opportunities;
  • Performing tasks and projects on behalf of others where required.
Profile
  • Typically requires 10/15 years of related experience in a HRBP position with experience in global mobility
