I am exclusively partnering with a global insurance player who have been entrenched in the London market underwriting for both corporate and commercial clients for over 60 years. The business ethos is to enable people to shape a safer and more sustainablefuture by caring for their lives and dreams. This business is now present in more than 50 countries managing over Euro500bn of assets.The Head of HR for the UK branch is responsible for everything HR focusing on driving the people agenda, partnering with C-Suite to ensure this is aligned with the business strategy, and supporting the needs of the business and execution effectively. Youwill provide leadership, strategic direction, and overall management to the delivery of human resources platform across the UK entity. You will also have a small number of direct reports to lead and ensure effective partnership with their respective clientgroups.To be considered for this role you will have financial services and ideally insurance experience with demonstrated success in HR leadership roles as well as possessing a well-developed HR toolkit with prior exposure to international markets along with matrixreporting lines. Whilst your remit is UK centric you will report into the global head office and will need to balance both group and local priorities.
