Senior HR Business PartnerHead of HR for UK and EuropeExcellent salary and benefit packageBased in central London (Hybrid 3 days in office )Permanent, full timeJob Reference MS255204Language Recruitment Services (LRS) is looking for a senior level Human Resource Business Partner to join a thriving international company based in London.This is a stand-alone job opportunity ideal for a HR professional with both UK and International experience.This is an ideal opportunity for an HR professional with a background setting up and growing satellite offices abroad and a proven track-record in employee engagement, talent acquisition, staff retention as well as managing HR functions within an internationalcompany.Main Duties:

  • Identify future recruitment needs in hand with Operations Directors
  • Manage recruitment process and participate in onboarding of new employee
  • Advise and support hiring managers with performance reviews, coaching & disciplinary actions, salary reviews, and annual talent reviews
  • Responsible for all HR functions & employee relation matters for UK and EU offices
  • Serve as escalation point for any employee grievances
  • Support career development, identify training needs and ensure training objectives are met.
  • Manage partnerships with recruitment & training agencies
  • HR Administrative duties (record sick leave, prepare offer letters, visas requests)
Profile:
  • Solid strategic and operations HR background ideally with international experience
  • HR Degree or related field preferred but not essential (CIPD, HR management)
  • Fluent English spoken and written
  • Another EU language would be a plus
  • Ability to influence business decision and working with senior level executives & directors
  • Proven track-record of talent acquisition and retention
  • Knowledge of MS Office and applicant tracking system
  • Strong networking and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication, listening, collaboration, organisational skills
  • Decisive with a Strategic mind set
  • Adaptable, innovative thinker, self-motivated
