A renewables company with an international footprint, including Africa, is looking for a Senior HR Advisor to join their team in London. You will play a fundamental role in supporting the HR team operations and be an advisory member to the wider teams ofthe business and across Africa. Some visits to Africa may be required!Reporting into the HRBP, the Senior HR Advisor will be responsible for delivering smooth HR processes to ensure high performance and engagement of the wider teams. You will support in bringing policies to fruition, be an advocate and teacher of new HR systems,as well as ensure an overall accurate and high quality delivery of HR operations.You will also have the chance to be creative in your work and implement your own HR project/s that you will take the lead on.In a nutshell, you will be an engaging and approachable member of the HR team and play a key advisory role in supporting the Senior HRBP with all employee and manager queries, in London and across African key locations.This is based in the London office (with occasional trips to Africa!) and offer flexible hybrid working.The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following skillset: * Strong foundational HR Generalist background and knowledge in rewards practices.* French and English fluency with Portuguese or another additional language a desirable.* Avid HR processes and systems use, techy savvy, confident using a range of tech applications.* Business-partnering experience with senior stakeholders (internationally a bonus)* Interest in the power industry and development needs of Africa* Good project management skills, ability to prioritise, problem-solve and work to deadlines. * Self-sufficient, proven consulting mindset, strong analytical and communication skills.This is an exciting opportunity to join a global team with an ethical mission, travel to key locations across Africa to roll out HR projects and processes in person, and make an impactful difference to a meaningful cause.
