Job Description

This is a quick message out to my fantastic Software Engineers in my network! I have an amazing permanent opportunity working with a new award winning digital creative studio who works in the Luxury & Lifestyle sector.Role: Senior Front-end EngineerLocation: London (Hybrid - 1-2 days a week)Job Type: Permanent (No Sponsorship)Salary: £45k-£65K Depending on experienceStart date: ASAPRole

  • As the Senior Front-end engineer, you will be mentoring the junior-mid level engineers on projects.
  • Your team will focus on 1 to 2 clients every quarter.
  • As an engineer you will search for new experiences to learn best practices which can be shared with the team to improve the way the applications are built.
  • This role reports directly to the Tech Lead.
  • Owning tasks end to end which could include talking with the client or project manager to gather more information.
  • Will work closely with the designers on the UI/UX elements of the development.
  • Delivering high quality software solutions to a set timeframe and to a designated budget.
Requirements
  • A successful candidate will have 4+ years of commercial front-end engineering.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills.
  • Experience developing in Javascript frameworks in either React, Vue or Svelte preferably.
  • Experience of agile software development.
  • A proven ability in a fast paced and constantly changing environment.
  • Ability to consume data from REST APIs.
  • Have a creative eye for design with the ability to deliver high quality user interfaces.
