Job Description

Senior Fire Engineer - home basedMy client is a reputable Chartered property and construction consultancy who offer a range of services including project management, structural fire engineering and expert witness services. My client provides such services for projects in the construction phase right the way through to post-construction stages. Due to on-going success, my client is looking for a talented Senior Fire Engineer to support their increasing workload!Requirements:

  • You should have several years experience working in a UK consultancy; Within this time, youll have become familiar with the development of fire solutions within the built environment as well as having managed a team of Engineers.
  • A full UK driving license is required.
  • IFE Membership.
  • Educated to degree level in Fire Engineering, or another relevant discipline.
    • Duties:
  • Undertake fire engineering design and analysis.
  • Fire risk assessments when necessary.
  • Fire modelling using software including CFAST.
  • Report writing.
  • Liaising with clients to provide advice in relation to fire safety design.
