It is the perfect time to be joining them on this journey, in a role that will be pivotal to the continued growth and success of the brand. Whats the role A newly created position for a Senior Finance Manager, with a focus on Financial Modelling and having full ownership over the 5 year forecast and data models for all retail stores and ROIYou will be the go to for the senior decision makers within the business and future growth plans will be based around the financial information presented in the dashboard you will create! Total autonomy and ownership.The business has created an excellent office culture with collaboration at the heart of the business. DUTIES* Produce 5-Year financial plan, budget and monthly forecast, providing analysis and presentations to senior management, identifying any potential savings and opportunities* Manage projects end to end, from an initial handover and input to design, through control model design and build, pre-production testing, model office testing and handover into a BAU state* Excellent hands on knowledge applying PowerBI* Engaging and business partnering with central FP&A, supply centre finance, regional finance and functional teams as required to ensure rigorous and robust financial planning.* Partner with non-finance and finance functions alike to take a fact driven and commercially focused approach in planning, prioritisation and measurement of effectiveness of business decisions/initiatives.* Own the forecast data & models - Interlinking forecast model data packs with each other, deal with queries from the international entities regarding data submissions, implement improved processes and changes. Ensure models operate correctly and are smoothin processing multiple "format" changes in a fast paced, collaborative and dynamic environment.* Complete the Group consolidation - merge excel submissions across all regions to create the consolidated Group results, working closely with the Heads of Departments and C-Suite executives to present forecasts including all variables and what if scenarioanalysis to align company strategy with KPI tracking.
