Our client, a global advertising agency, is looking for a Senior Finance Manager for its London office.[Purpose of the Job](1) Reporting to Head of Finance(2) Be in charge of Accounting, Tax and Treasury(3) Be in charge of review/audit of Accounting and Tax(4) Analysis of Management Plan, Forecast and Actual(5) Develop and Enhance work process[Key Responsibilities]1. Financial Accounting(1) Maintain Accounting book based on SAP based on HQ IFRS and UK GAAP(2) Monthly Closing & Financial Reporting(3) Analysis of B/S and P/L item(4) Constant communications with accounting and tax firms, clients and vendors and government organizations(5) Handle Accounting Review/Audit(6) Managing cash flow2. Managerial Accounting(1) Planning and Budgeting(2) Analysis and Reporting of Plan, Forecast and Actual(3) Maintain financial performance statement per each person and function(4) Budget control and Profit maximization3. Tax(1) Filing of CIT, VAT, WHT and other taxation(2) Be in charge in Tax Authority Audit(3) Maintain constant communications with Tax Authority and Tax Firm[Requirements](1) Fluent English & any Korean language skill is an advantage but not essential(2) Must have minimum 10 years of relevant experience in UK(especially Tax and audit in UK)(3) ACCA or CIMA qualification preferred(4) Strong knowledge and experience of IFRS and UK GAAP(5) Strong Computer skills, especially Excel & any experience with ERP(preferably SAP) is desirable(6) Ability to work in a matrix based environment[Conditions](1) Location: Central London(2) Working hours: 9am-5.15pm (however flexibility required as necessary to fulfil role and responsibilities)(3) Annual leave: 33 days (including Bank/Public Holidays)(4) Basic salary: 60~70K (negotiable depending on experience)(5) Benefits: Pension Scheme, Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Life Assurance, Permanent Health Insurance, Gym membership contribution, Child care and cycle to work scheme, etc.[Before you apply](1) The right candidate must be eligible to work full-time in UK immediately without any visa restriction.
