Senior Finance and HR ManagerWe are seeking an experienced HR and finance professional who would relish the opportunity to help a charity established in 1597 achieve its vision of ensuring that more people of all backgrounds benefit from the outstandinguniversity level education we provide.The Senior Finance and HR Manager will: Be responsible for the overall management and delivery of the Colleges financial processes and compliance with financial policies and procedures Work closely with CEO on facilitatingstrategy delivery from a financial perspective Offer accurate interpretation, advice, application and representation to CEO and senior staff on employment legislation, best practice and policy and procedures in relation to HR matters including recruitmentand selection, remuneration, terms and conditions of service, disciplinary and capability cases, grievance, redundancy etc Update, develop and help enforce the Colleges HR policiesSalary: c. £58,000 -- £60,000 FTEPart-time: 4 days per week (3 days may bepossible for the right candidate)Accountable to: CEOBenefits: Generous leave allowance, Pension (SAUL)Applicants should submit a letter of application stating why they would be a suitable candidate for the post and how they fit the person specification, enclosinga CV, the Colleges recruitment monitoring form (available on the vacancies section of the college website via the button below and the names of two referees, by email to s.cooper@gresham.ac.uk.
