Senior Finance Analyst | Rapid growth E-Commerce Start-Up | Temp-to-PermHarmonic are delighted to be working with a rapidly scaling e-commerce start-up who are looking for an immediately available (maximum 1 month notice) Senior Finance Analyst to join their growing finance team initially on a contracted basis with the intentionof it transferring to a permanent position. With a headcount of 50, and a recent £3m fundraise, our client is on track to double their revenue this year, with an even larger growth expected in 2024.Their product, the technology of which was designed in house, is currently being sold via their online platform but they are planning for it to be available in stores across the UK in 2024 which will dramatically increase their customer base and with ittheir revenue. Our client has broken even this year and had a revenue exceeding £10m, so with costs expected to remain similar and revenue increase, they are on a path to becoming a profitable and therefore scalable start-up in the coming years.The RoleThis role will report directly into their head of finance and have significant exposure to their experienced CFO. The ideal candidate for this position will have a very broad skillset and even more importantly a willingness to learn and be hands on acrossaccounting and commercial finance. The Senior Finance Analyst will be responsible for producing Management Accounts, ownership of the month-end process, and assisting with Statutory Accounts, all whilst actively reviewing and improving the financial controls.Our client is also open to hiring a candidate permanent from the outset, should their ambitions, experience, and values match that of the companies. This opportunity comes with significant growth potential as the business grows and the finance team expands,there will be a number of opportunities to progress to more senior management roles in the future.Responsibilities
