This thriving and totally independent UK Owned TV & FILM Group is an employer of choice producing premium content that is enjoyed across the globe.They are also in rapid growth and as a result are hiring a Senior Analyst for their FP&A/commercial finance team.A superb and rare opportunity for an ACA to move into a pure commercial role or an in-house ACCA/CIMA looking for the next step working in this fast-paced, fun, creative and uber-cool environment.Primary Accountabilities: Responsible for budgeting & forecasting (short term & long term) and analysis of revenueBusiness partnering/supporting commercial teams on various commercial finance initiatives eg building out long-range/short-range forecastsProvide and clearly communicate insightful, concise analysis and summaries having tracked and understood the KPIs and drivers of revenue performanceMaintain and accurately update revenue models required for forecastingYou will also be the main business partner for the division for various key financial stakeholders and non-financial stakeholdersContributing to the project teams looking to operationalise the long- term planPreparation of ad hoc analysis and financial modeling to support Board and Senior Leadership Team decision-making on commercial strategy.Support over cash flow forecasting on an ongoing basis.Required Experience: Newly /Recently Qualified ACA straight from practice OR CIMA/ACCA with a proven background in FP&AAdvanced Excel and PowerPoint skillsAbility to be hands-on whilst also operating as a strategic thinkerCommercially astute and analyticalExcellent verbal and written communication skillsEnthusiastic and self-motivated team player with ability to plan and execute tasks unsupervisedFlexible and able to work to tight deadlinesExcellent career prospects and exposure across the group.
