Job Description

Im working with a Successful Real Estate Business on an Interim Senior Finance Analyst role. The role is offered on a 3 month contract possibly longer and accommodates Hybrid Working.Key Accountabilities:

  • Production of the monthly EMEA client spend management pack for review with the International Finance Manager and corporate month end close for countries in scope
  • Produce monthly client and Corporate forecasts for review with International Finance Manager, applying post review adjustments as required, support the delivery of annual budgets for the Client.
  • Support the International Finance Manager in managing aged debt
  • Production of monthly Balance Sheet Reconciliations for serviced Countries, scope related accounts only
  • Provide ad-hoc support and financial analysis to the International Finance Manager, as required
Requirements:
  • Qualified accountant ACCA/CIMA/ACA or working towards an Accounting Qualification. Strong technical, financial control and accounting skills
  • General knowledge of Financial systems used are (iScala / Dynamics / Oracle / Peoplesoft preferred) and SOX requirements
  • Vast Month end experience essential and this needs to be demonstrated on your CV
  • Excellent PC and Microsoft Office skills
  • Multi-task on projects to meet deadlines, attention to detail
Senior Finance Analyst £300-450 depending on experience via Umbrella. Please state on your application your Day Rate. CVS in Word format only please.
