A leading Entertainment company in London are recruiting for an experienced Senior Finance Analyst to join their FP&A team. A key player within the world of TV and Film.This role will be responsible for managing and analysing the financial performance of the business and communicating this information to an array of creative senior stakeholders.This role is ideally looking for an individual who has recently qualified who is commercially focused and who has ideally worked within the media/Entertainment Industry. You will be part of a collaborative and outgoing team.Offering £55,000 - £60,000 depending on experience. The role:* Preparation and ongoing ownership of forecasting.* Partnering with revenue & commercial teams to ensure ongoing accuracy of forecasts.* Preparation of budget models and related business partnering.* Provide analysis to aid effective presentation and explanation of budgets/forecasts * Preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reporting packs.* Preparation of ad hoc analysis and financial modelling to support decision-making on commercial strategy.* Reporting of commercial results & ad hoc analysis for revenue teams and directors.* Support cash flow forecasting on an ongoing basis.* Prepare consolidated Budgets and quarterly forecast for shows.* Analyse variance of actual royalties to budget & forecast* Maintain multiple territory revenue forecasts and calculate royalties* Manage the investment in content.* Manage a junior member of the team.* Analysis of risk and depreciation.* Constantly review model for efficiency.The person:* Newly/recently qualified (ACCA/CIMA/ACA or equivalent);* Advanced Excel and analytical skills is essential;* Experience gained within a media company would be an advantage;* Strong attention to detail, able to exceed deadlines and work in a fast paced environment;* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders;Due to the high volume of applications received, regrettably only successful candidates will be contacted.
