A strong facilities manager with years experience managing a team to come in and assist in the implementation of processes and team management.Client DetailsThe client is a reputable surveying company based in central LondonDescription- Team Management- Documented analysis on processes- Assistance in implementing new processes from knowledgeable and effective observations- FOH and security management, contractor management and facilities management- Inspire and empower a team to deliver operations- Manage the service partner to deliver to or exceed contract scope and key performance indicators within budget- Create a one team proactive partnership- Ensure targets are met by contractors, reception etc.- Continually review and analyse service with innovation and progression considered at all times- Deliver a seamless global property management solution that puts stakeholders and estate first- Strive to improve service delivery, efficiency and productivity within the companyProfile- Team management- Strong character skill set- Great communication skills- Able to use technical understanding to deliver reports on improvements and make suggestions- Good understanding of facilities management and appreciation of related building support services and functions- Strong management approach to deliver a level of service that meets customer demand and expectations- Experience in creating, reviewing and auditing operational procedures- Ability to innovate and deliver creative and effective solutions to operational issues- Capability to works strategically and operationally - can complete own tasks and projects autonomously- Adaptable to change- High degree of discretion- Recognised FM + HSE qualification, ideally NEBOSHJob OfferA competitive day rate, flexible and supportive team, opportunity to learn and develop, flexible start date, potentially ongoing temporary contract.
