Job Description

A Tier 1 Family Office is looking for an experienced Senior Executive Assistant / Office Manager to join their growing team, within a company that was founded by partners with a Hedge Fund and Corporate Finance background.Based in a boutique West London office, the Senior Executive Assistant / Office Manager will be an entrepreneurial and highly resourceful individual who is passionate about their work and thrives being the go-to person in the office. The Senior ExecutiveAssistant / Office Manager duties include diary management (x2 Partners, x1 Director), arranging complex and frequent travel, event and project management, expense reporting, putting together presentation decks, office management and mentoring the businesssupport team.The Senior Executive Assistant / Office Manager role is a special opportunity because it straddles all areas of the business and there is strong scope for career progression. The Senior Executive Assistant / Office Manager will be articulate, aestheticallyminded, have client facing experience and the gravitas to lead.Skills/Experience Required:

  • Minimum 5+ years experience in front office, client facing EA role
  • Exceptional attention to detail whilst maintaining the highest standards
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to multi-task, plan, prioritise, organise and strategize
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint)
