Our focus is on delivering efficiently through developing innovative ways of working to ensure excellence in service to our clients and their customers, whilst satisfying the regulators demandWe are currently recruiting a Senior Engineering Manager who will be responsible for supporting the rail business, part of Kier Utilities & Rail. You will provide guidance and leadership in developing appropriate solutions to engineering challenges, using new or existing technologies, through innovation, creativity or change.You will ensure that the engineering competency process is being managed within the business and undertake all CEMs in accordance with Network Rail standards.What we need from youTo be successful in this role you will have previous experience of delivering to Rail clients in an E&P, Signalling, or Multi-Asset environment.
