Job Description

Senior Energy ConsultantLocation: LondonSalary: CompetitiveRef: TJ1052Penguin Recruitment are working with a leading global property consultancy passionate about making a difference.This client has a reputation for quality services and innovation and is looking for a dynamic and innovative Senior Energy Consultant to join their team in London.What you will need:

  • Experience delivering low carbon retrofit projects
  • Experience reviewing and analysing energy performance
  • Experience within the housing sector
  • 4 years or more experience within the industry
  • An understanding of the policy context
  • A Professional Membership e.g. CIBSE, IEMA, IEE, Retrofit, EPC, ESOS, DEC
  • Understanding of market drivers for zero-carbon sustainability within the public sector
  • Familiarity with tendering and procurement
  • Experience in new build energy and sustainability standards
    • The role:
  • Independently completing tasks and activities
  • Great time management and prioritising workload
  • Ability to support senior team members in the successful delivery of projects
  • Ability to analyse data quickly and efficiently and communicate that to team members and sharing your knowledge with the entire consulting practice
  • Recommending in-depth options for clients
  • Working on both housing, private and public buildings to help with decarbonisation
