Job Description

Senior CRM Executive / Email Marketing Executive - Charity£28,000 - £37,000A leading UK charity are looking for a Senior CRM/ Email Marketing Executive to join their team in London. You will be joining the group at an impressive stage of growth and will support with all things Email Marketing and CRM - sending campaigns out tothe millions of people on the database.If you are passionate about making a difference - then this role if for you!They can consider candidates coming from a Digital Marketing background, as long as you have some experience of sending Email Marketing campaigns - then thats fine!Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver data driven, customer-focused email campaigns to acquire and retain customers
  • Develop the customer newsletter - roadmap, testing, delivery, reporting and optimisation
  • Produce CRM campaigns - working closely with the content team
Work on segmentation projects for campaign targeting using their ESP and Campaign Management toolWork on the trigger campaigns across the databaseCheck BAU email campaigns, and ensure they are fit for purposeWork with the Head of CRM to create an engaging CRM strategySkills / ExperienceExperience in creating engaging email marketing campaignsUnderstanding of customer journeys and retention, acquisition and engagementIdeally educated to degree levelPrevious experience in a marketing/ CRM roleTo apply, please send your CV to -
