Career defining opportunities for eDiscovery professionals at the Competition and Markets Authority (CMA).The CMA aims to make sure competition works in consumers favour, and businesses treat their customers fairly. Be it taking enforcement action againstdrug firms accused of over-charging the NHS, investigating fake reviews on digital platforms, or responding to Covid-19 complaints during the pandemic, we take on complex cases that make a difference to peoples lives.With the increasing digitalisation ofmarkets, the importance of the Digital Forensics and Intelligence Services (DFIS) team at the CMA continues to grow. Through combined project teams, we are building a cutting-edge eDiscovery capability that combines both commercial and in-house technologies.This presents exciting and career defining opportunities for eDiscovery professionals including Analysts and Review Specialists.Our Senior eDiscovery posts offer the opportunity to undertake challenging and stimulating projects. As a Review Specialist yourfocus will be on document review and workflow processes, whilst Analysts will work with technical teams on all aspects of data processing and data manipulation.
