With RelativityFest kicking off this week and the overall consensus from industry leaders being that the eDiscovery market is as busy as ever, my client is looking for a Senior eDiscovery Consultant to join their London team. They have a strong name in the industry and have partnerships with Relativity and RelativityOne allowing them to offer a full end to end solution to their corporate and law firm clients.To be successful with this role you should be technically proficient and have managed your own projects. it is essential that you are able to act upon your own initiative and have the drive to progress long term within a business.Your Responsibilities:• Support, train and oversee junior staff on end-to-end eDiscovery engagements, performing tasks across the whole project lifecycle including identification, collections, analysis and productions• Work on all the stages throughout the EDRM (Electronic Discovery Reference Model) with elements of collection, processing, review, data analysis, production and presentation • Utilise pre-existing industry experience of eDiscovery software, interacting with clients directly to provide any required support in relation to the engagement• Work closely with project management to ensure critical deadlines are met and engagement quality is at a high standard• Extract and manipulate data from a variety of sources to be presented and utilised across multiple client-facing platforms• Use problem-solving approaches to overcome unexpected issues — both technical and operational• Research and development, looking for new ways to use existing and emerging technologies to solve client problemsRequired Experience:• Hold a relevant technology-focused degree such as first or 2:1 class degree in Computer Science, Computer Forensics or similar (Candidates without a relevant degree will still be considered if they can demonstrate relevant experience)• Industry experience and in-depth understanding of each stage of the EDRM; demonstrating a thorough understanding of eDiscovery workflows• Strong knowledge of SQL and relational database systems• Experience in programming e.g. industry experience or a significant implementation project at university• Strong independent analytical and problem-solving skills• Close attention to detail and the ability to deal with multiple concurrent work streams• Adaptable working style with self-initiative and the ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced dynamic industry• Ability to communicate technical concepts to nontechnical persons• Experience with industry-standard eDiscovery and forensic applications and tools such as EnCase, FTK, Helix, Falcon, Ditto, Nuix, Relativity, Brainspace, Clearwell, Ringtail and TableauSo if youre a talented eDiscovery professional looking for their next step please apply for an immediate response!
