Job Description

SENIOR E-COMMERCE BUSINESS ANALYST | FULLY REMOTE | £65,000-£85,000SummaryDo you have a keen interest and working knowledge of Cloud areas Have you had an extensive 3 or more years experience as a BA in the salesforce sector If so, this could be the permanent role for you!Using your excellent collaboration skills, you will be working directly with a team of internal technical specialists to design and analyse solutions as required by the company. Utilising the full project life cycle, you will be directly responsible for leadinga team in specialised e-commerce projects which makes use of several Salesforce platforms. Your responsibilities

  • Carrying out client research to discover the technology stacks currently being used
  • Meet and discuss with clients about their technical needs
  • Documenting skills in the form of wireframing, user stories, user flows, user cases and functional specifications
  • Map product backlog items to expected outcomes
  • Managed improvement of processes and documentation of APIs
What experience you will require
  • Recorded 3+ years experience in the e-commerce sector
  • A in-depth understanding of Cloud concepts (experience is ideal)
  • Demonstrating leadership and effective team management to lead a client project to success
  • Experience with B2B and B2C e-commerce
  • Outstanding analytical ability, coinciding with problem-solving skills
  • Immaculate attention to detail
  • Ability to partake as a team player, with excellent collaboration skills with your technical team and clients
