We are on a mission to amplify the voices of girls and young women, so they can champion change in their own lives and the widerworld; to build strong partnerships that can increase our reach and impact; and to increase the support we offer our amazing adult volunteers who deliver incredible experiences to young people across the UK every week.As the Senior Digital Product Officer,you will be part of the Digital Iteration team and support on the continuous improvement and development of Girlguidings digital platforms. The platforms you will manage are our externally facing CRM (GO) and new learning and development (L&D) platform.Youwill help to ensure a smooth handover for GO and our L&D platform from Transformation and lead on the delivery of the product roadmaps. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external users to understand and prioritise their needs to ensure theproduct backlogs are kept up to date and aligned to the organisations strategy. In addition, you will manage the relationship with our L&D platform supplier and support the Digital Product Manager on budget management. Also, you will work together with theIT Technical Lead to manage improvements to GO. Lastly, you will be responsible for reporting on product performance, demonstrating the benefit of our work and helping to identify further opportunities for improvement.What you will bring to the role: Experienceof managing digital products/ projects Experience of working with stakeholders to identify and prioritise product backlog items Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work in a busy environment, a proactive work ethic and high attentionto detail Knowledge of product/ project management tools Knowledge of Google AnalyticsGirlguiding values the differences that a diverse workforce brings and is committed to inclusivity, and to employing and supporting a diverse workforce.
