Job Description Leading European Fixed Income Asset Manager. Organic growth opportunity, highly dynamic generalist digital marketing role. Focus on Salesforce CRM, email campaign management marketing automation One of Europes largest fixed income, asset management brands is experiencing an unprecented period of growth. As part of this ongoing journey, the business is looking to further diversity their digital marketing teams - by bringing on a senior digital marketingspecialist to support their wider online client experience as well as drive digital brand awareness and engagement. Your core focus will be on utilizing Salesforce Marketing Cloud (or related enterprise email/automation platform experience) from an email distribution, segmentation, journey mapping, lead generation & nurture/lifecycle campaign management perspective. Workingalongside a lean team of digital specialists, you will be involved in campaign strategy, defining commercial marketing objectives as well as implementing various digitals campaign to provide a best in class client engagement experience. You will be stepping into an autonomous, flexible, flat structure where you will be responsible for managing your own workload across very broad channel responsibilities. The dynamic day to day may include various digital channel responsibilities includingwebsite & CMS management, campaign delivery & execution, paid media/advertising activity across social, as well as content optimization/SEO requirements. Web metrics with pre/post campaign effectiveness via Google Adwords will also be a key requirement. The ideal type of profile will bring:
  • 5+ years commercial experience within a digital marketing role, ideally within a B2B corporate environment. Financial services experience is highly faourable but not essential.
  • Hands on technical email marketing, segmentation, distribution lists and marketing automation expertise (SFMC, Pardot, Marketo, Hubspot, Eloqua)
  • A thorough understanding of wider digital marketing channels and digital campaign management including SEO, paid media, website & CMS management, social media management, online/web analytics.
  • A desire to step into a high functioning, well respected investment brand with a huge focus on driving a best in class, digital client experience.
