Job Description

Senior DevOps Engineer (Linux) - Full Remote £55,000 - £65,000 Per Year Henderson Scott are currently recruiting for a Senior DevOps Engineer who has worked in Linux environments for one of the worlds leading IT Services Providers. This role will be focused on experience with AWS, Terraform and JenkinsResponsibilities

  • Designing and implementing infrastructure solutions on Azure/AWS and data centers/private clouds that are highly available and rapidly deployed with the use of open-source software, to bring value to clients.
  • Guiding and mentoring junior team members to advance their technical skills through coaching, feedback, and participation in tech forums.
  • Consulting clients on the newest technologies and practices, creating innovative solutions through automation.
  • Maintaining software standards, training junior staff and establishing processes for maximum reuse and standard adherence.
  • Implementing secure solutions that comply with security policies and requirements.
Core Skills
  • Experience working in Linux environments
  • Experience with Terraform
  • Experience with Configuration Management tools
  • Experience with CI / CD tooling - preferably Jenkins
  • Experience with Kubernetes
  • Experience with Authentication and Authorisation tools such as Keycloak or OAUTH2
