Youll be working alongside a multidisciplinary team of technologists,designers, strategists and researchers to deliver digital projects for clients, and for ON internally.Theres a great deal of variety in the role - projects can vary greatly in scope and challenge, and regular rotation can be expected. Youll have the opportunityto manage and mentor other developers, and have a hand in evolving our processes and culture, and building the team.***Responsibilities:** Be involved in client meetings, to identify needs and requirements and manage solution development* Validate technicalfeasibility and estimates of proposed solutions* Prepare, plan, co-ordinate, lead and be responsible for the development and testing of websites and web applications* Contribute to the architecture and design of projects and strategic initiatives, with specificfocus on user experience, usability, stability, and efficiency* Lead and direct teams and give guidance in resolving problems* Build well-crafted and maintainable websites and web applications***About you:*We are looking for someone that is passionate abouttheir craft, dynamic, and detail oriented.
