Job Description

You will work with multidisciplinary teams across the organisation, bringing strong expertise in participatory and multidisciplinary design approaches and methods to a diverse range of external projects. In addition, you will support the strategic development of RSA programmes and our Living Change Approach, and build capabilities in design and systems thinking practices among our community of changemakers.You will have the ability to work flexibly within a busy and supportive team environment and be willing to work collaboratively and communicate effectively to establish strong relationships with colleagues and partners.To find out more about this role, please visit our website.About UsWe are the RSA.
