Senior Data ScientistAutomotive Services Company - London£80,000 + Benefits**Unlimited Annual Leave & Flexible Working Hours**OVERVIEWHarnham is working with a global automotive service provider who are committed to building a great work environment for all their employees.THE ROLEYou will be:* Researching, implementing, testing and deploying new modelling approaches. * Writing scalable code and modelling pipelines.* Keeping up to date with current research that impacts products and preparing presentations on key changes.* Mentoring members of the data science team and evangelising scientific best practices.* Presenting data science products internally as well as to clients.SKILLS AND EXPERTISEYou must have:* Strong mathematical and theoretical skills. Likely from an MSc or PhD in a highly quantitative field* Breadth of experience in machine learning and statistical modelling tools and techniques* Experience working with large data sets using PySpark* Python programming skills including its data ecosystem (NumPy, Scikit-Learn, Pandas, etc)* Excellent presentation skills.
