About Infotools Since 1990, Infotools has led the way in bringing market research data to life. Our powerful cloud software, Harmoni, enables fast and exhaustive data exploration and allows research professionals to discover and present insights in dynamic and interactiveformats.Our head office is in Auckland, New Zealand and we also have staff in the UK, USA and Colombia.Its an exciting time for us; we were bought by Ipsos in 2021. As a result our workload is exploding, and we are growing our teams. While we work with Ipsos people and their clients, we also use Harmoni to complete insights projects for our own clients aroundthe world, many of which are household names. The opportunity The Senior Data Processing Analyst is a person with deep knowledge and skills relating to data manipulation, structuring and analysis techniques (and ideally data visualisation) with the intention of using a data set to tell a particular story. Their particulararea of focus is ensuring databases are structured appropriately and uploaded to Harmoni in such a way as to meet the needs of each client. One day you might be providing technical advice, another day you will be building and/or uploading massive databases,and on others you will be helping with the quality checking of data. Occasionally you will help with creating dashboards for clients.At Infotools we do not collect data on behalf of our clients. Our job begins once the data has been collected. About you Because we need someone who can hit the ground running, you will need to have plenty of experience of taking and shaping your clients data to prepare it for upload into an analysis tool. If youve done it specifically for Harmoni, then that would weighin your favour. Ideally you will have experience in providing technical advice to clients regarding how data could be structured in order to help them to find the insights they are looking for. You will have a collaborative working style, appreciating howthe work you do impacts others in the team. Your attention to detail must be razor-sharp and you must have proven experience in meeting tight deadlines.At Infotools, we value our diverse and inclusive workforce.
