They are looking for someone who can work with users in the office and run workshops.Salesforce and SQL are a must and so is Tableau to some degree.They like people who are driven and someone who wants to go on a vison with them. In Return they offer career progressionRole SummaryIn this role, you will be responsible for reviewing data requests, conducting data analysis, and managing data uploads and/or integrations into our Salesforce platform which supports our Retail Sales team.You will be the gatekeeper for all data transformation and migration projects, documenting the current and future state process, recommending ways to move forward and being the person who identifies points of remediation that may be required for the widertech team to move forward with developments.You will be required to review and improve upon the data we hold, the permissions we have around it, and feed back into our development roadmap. A deep understanding of our data and how it is used or captured within our Salesforce system will allow you toenable our Sales, Operations and Client Services teams to the get the most out of the system.Knowledge and Experience

• Experience with Salesforce (Must have)
• Advanced excel skills
• An understanding of Salesforce development in an agile environment
• Data management and understanding of data sources, data organisation and storage.
• Data modelling, data cleansing, and data enrichment skills and experience.
• Experience in data remediation and migration projects
• Ability to interpret user data and data needs and translate them into application and operational requirements
• Understanding and experience with ETL processes
• Strong knowledge of data analysis tools and techniques
• Experience working with senior and junior business stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in the Financial Services sector is desirable
