Key responsibilitiesWork with Europe and APAC stakeholders to scope, define and deliver key insights that will inform short and longer-term decision makingUnderstand drivers of our performance and help provide the insights needed to aid growth and revenue goals, including KPIs to monitor and improve effectiveness of our Sales and Marketing strategiesCreate and enhance a suite of reporting dashboards for multi-region analysis in areas such as lead generation and segmentation for high-priority organisationsSupport the integration of new data sources from third-party vendors to improve our internal and external client and prospect intelligence and analytical capabilities· Leverage data to solve strategic, tactical, structured, and unstructured business problems· Work collaboratively with IT and the wider technology team, learning from their experiences and sharing best practice· Develop a thorough understanding of client/prospect behaviour, our target markets, industry trends, and business drivers to inform decision makingFor this role my client requires:Relevant experience (not necessarily within Asset Management) with the ability to motivate, inspire and achieve goalsExpert in dashboarding tools (e.g. Tableau) and ETL capabilities (SQL and Excel)Experience using CRM systems e.g. SalesforceDemonstrated experience of gathering business requirements and turning them into actionable insight for sales, marketing, and/or product teamsExcellent problem-solving skills along with the ability to find creative solutions for challenges regarding prospect prioritisation, opportunity analysis and communication of resultsAbility to execute on multiple, concurrent projectsExperience in R, Python or Databricks beneficial
